On our initial visit, we will give you our view on the current market conditions, the value of your property, its saleability and fees involved.
Presuming you would like to go ahead and instruct Haven to sell your property, we will arrange a second visit to take full particulars and arrange the professional photographs and floor plan.
We will also arrange an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate: required for residential sales except listed buildings) on the same day. Back at the office, we will prepare a draft brochure which will then be sent to you for approval. Once approved, the brochure is launched onto various portals including Rightmove, Zoopla and Onthemarket. Buyers and tenants viewings these sites, will register their interest directly and leads will filter through to us so we can contact the applicants and arrange viewings. Your property will also be placed in our prominently positioned window display and interactive monitors.
Our sales team, led by our Sales Manager Wayne Edmonds will be working hard behind the scenes with the team to contact all potential buyers on our newly upgrade database looking for your type of property and again arrange viewings.
